About us

Who are we?

MAxpertise GmbH was founded in 2019 as digatus digital GmbH, a company majority-owned by digatus it group AG. The company's focus was on implementing a powerful M&A platform for companies.

In 2020, we decided to partner with GET Information Technology to leverage their more than 20 years of experience in enterprise software development to develop a joint solution.

In order to focus even more on the topic of digitalization in the corporate M&A environment, Maxpertise GmbH was spun off from the digatus Group at the beginning of 2021.
